Unit Structure

Current Design Fit This is an assessment (with consideration of your Strategic Elements and Key Business Processes) of how well the current organization design will enable you to achieve your unit's shared vision.
Strategic Design If redesign is required, this "ingredient" identifies the best groupings and linking mechanisms at a high level to achieve your Shared Vision.
Operational Design Building on the Strategic Design, this "ingredient" operationalizes the strategic design and identifies and links organization systems to ensure the design is successful. The implementation plan is also developed and how it will be implemented and monitored.
Design Implementation This "ingredient" focuses on implementation and ongoing tuning of the redesigned unit to ensure implementation succeeds.
